 | Wednesday Salon - Food For Thought
Theatre Beyond Words
and
Dom’s Pasta & Grill
present
The Wednesday Salon’s
Food for Thought
beginning January 9, 2008
A business partnership between a local restaurant & theatre company thanks to the support of Artsvest
Food for Thought is a business partnership between Dom’s Pasta & Grill and Theatre Beyond Words where play readings & “other” artistic endeavours come to life every Wednesday evening beginning January 9, 2008. Thanks to Artsvest, a matching business investment in the Arts, patrons will be treated to the creativity of Dom’s menu followed by creative expression by local artists. It is an amazing opportunity for corporate relations, client opportunities, and networking within the community. Dom’s is also wheelchair accessible, thereby enabling a wider audience. Preliminary plans also include a specialized menu, and drink selection for each event.
Ingredients worth exploring!
Two years ago, Theatre Beyond Words initiated a series of once-a-month play readings, called the Wednesday Salon. The program began organically out of the joy of having a studio at 145 King Street in St Catharines, and the possibilities this offered for connection with the local artistic community through new work development. Some readings were intimate with few observers while others were festive gatherings of many. This year’s partnership with Dom’s will infinitely widen that audience base.
Now entering the 4th month, with tremendous success. Please contact Dom's Downtown Pasta & Grill at 905.688.4202 for reservations and further information.
